This event will consist of an informal discussion on a wide range of issues, including: What does it mean to be "out" at work? What are some of the unique issues facing LGBT and other diverse professionals in achieving career success? What can students and young professionals do to ascertain a potential employer's commitment to diversity? What can organizations do better to improve the hiring and retention of LGBT professionals and to integrate better a commitment to diversity throughout the management ranks? How can LGBT professionals develop a social and professional network?
