Tuning In to the New Age of Video: Ensuring the Benefits of Advanced Technology for All Americans
The 2006 forum will begin with a tribute to the late Don Vial, a major force in the evolution of APT policy. This will be followed by a keynote address by Larry Irving, President of the Internet Innovation Alliance. Then, a diverse panel of policy leaders will discuss a broad range of video issues including disability access, the DTV transition, and local franchising. Confirmed panelists include:
