Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) on Thursday accused the media of undermining support for the Iraq war at a time when, he said, Islamic fundamentalists pose a serious threat to national security. Sen Santorum said public support for the war has been difficult to maintain because of "biased coverage of the war and the political left demagoguery of the war."
