There are two fewer lawsuits in Apple’s patent battle with Samsung, thanks to the decisive action of a German court. Judge Andreas Voss of the Mannheim Regional Court threw out two lawsuits in the case — one that Apple brought against Samsung, and another that Samsung brought against Apple.
