Marsh MacBride, the top lawyer for the National Association of Broadcasters and a former FCC official, told broadcasters gathered in Washington that press reports are true -- FCC indecency decisions will be issued “very shortly.†She expects defensive legal action by networks affected by the forthcoming decisions. The NAB will join in such defenses, MacBride said.
