AT&T, the exclusive U.S. wireless carrier for the iPhone, plans to improve the performance of its network to reverse declining customer satisfaction with the service, an Apple Inc. executive said. The carrier has shown Apple its plans for the wireless network, Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook said yesterday.
