Education technology consultant Alan November says these are the lessons that every student should be learning in today's schools -- but not every middle or high school is teaching these lessons: 1) An awareness of the views of those in other countries, 2) Social and ethical responsibility on the web, 3) The permanence of information posted online, and 4) Critical thinking about the information found online.
