On Friday, March 12, 2010, FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski will deliver a major policy speech outlining how the new National Broadband Plan will benefit children and families. The Chairman will also announce child-focused FCC events planned throughout the year to expand the Commission's proactive policy agenda to help children and empower parents.
