State investigating Google's use of private data

Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal is investigating whether Google illegally collected data from personal and business wireless computer networks for its mapping service. He is asking Google to reveal whether it wrongly collected the data in Connecticut and if so, what and who has access to the information.
