A New York regional discussion around the broadband stimulus, the National Broadband Plan, Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) proposals and broadband in America.

The goal is to chart a direction that moves the Broadband conversation forward in advance of the second round of BTOP grant announcements by incorporating the voices of multiple New York area communities impacted by Broadband funding initiatives, including but not limited to those who are often lacking in broadband conversations at the federal level, such as community and public media, neighborhood groups, etc.
