Stanley will provide support services to the Health and Human Services Department's Office of National Coordinator under a two-year time-and-materials contract valued at $6 million.
The Health Information Technology and Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH Act) set forth a plan for advancing the appropriate use of health information technology to improve the quality of care and establish a foundation for health care reform. Under this award, Stanley will help the HHS Office of National Coordinator enroll participants into the Nationwide Health Information Network Exchange, including issuing digital certificates, updating network directories and providing help desk support.
