Commerce Department Under Secretary for Economic Affairs Rebecca M. Blank and NTIA Assistant Secretary for Communications and Information Lawrence E. Strickling will participate in a teleconference to announce the release of a new report, "Exploring the Digital Nation: Home Broadband Internet Adoption in the United States." The report examines the well-documented gap in broadband Internet adoption across households and analyzes which factors are important in explaining some of the adoption gap.
