WLOX(TV), Biloxi (MS); WTOL(TV), Toledo (OH); WSFA(TV), Montgomery (AL); WAVE(TV), Louisville (KY); WWAY(TV), Wilmington (NC); WDWB(TV), Detroit (MI); WAXN-TV, Kannapolis (NC) -- all these stations apparently violated the Federal Communications Commission's children's television rules, but all have one license renewals without fines. WVAG(TV), Valdosta (GA) was fined $10,000 for failure to comply with the FCC's rules requiring each commercial broadcast station to place in its public inspection Children TV Programming Reports.
