Two Congressional hearings of note today: 1) in the House, "Digital Future of the United States: Part I -- The Future of the World Wide Web" and 2) in the Senate, Universal Service is the topic and witnesses include FCC Commissioners Tate and Copps, state regulators, corporate execs and a rep from the North Dakota Association of Telecommunications Cooperatives (http://commerce.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?FuseAction=Hearings.Hearing&Hearing_ID=1819)
