Bounce TV, the first broadcast network designed exclusively for African-Americans, announced a deal with broadcaster Raycom that will allow the channel to debut in 26 markets this fall. The deal is the first distribution agreement for Bounce TV, which expects to be in half of American households at its launch. The firm is majority-owned and operated by African-Americans, including Martin Luther King III and former Ambassador and Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young.
