The Institute of Medicine (IOM) will host the release and discussion of a report sponsored by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). The report explores the strategic opportunities for accelerating the evolution of a digital infrastructure that will support and drive continuous improvement in health and health care. The event will include a brief overview of the report's key points, as well as perspectives from a number of thought leaders, including ONC's Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Charles Friedman, and a discussion of priorities and opportunities for progress going forward.
Those interested in attending this event are encouraged to consider registering promptly; registration is open to the general public and is free of charge, but space is limited.
