The Senate Commerce Committee will hear testimony on the DTV transition today. Witnesses will include FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein, NTIA head John Kneuer and representatives of DirecTV, public television stations, the National Cable Television association, consumer electronics retailers and the National Association of Broadcasters.
