AT&T WINS STATEWIDE OHIO FRANCHISE

AT&T has become the first provider to be granted statewide video service authority under terms of Ohio’s new state franchising law. The authorization, granted Nov. 7, is for a term of 10-years. It covers the company’s 192 telephone exchange areas.
