KERRY, OBAMA CONTINUE PUSH VS DEC 18 VOTE

In a letter to Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin Martin, Sens Barack Obama (D-IL) and John Kerry (D-MA) said that if Martin does not delay the planned vote on media ownership rules on Tuesday, they will ask that the Appropriations Committee deny any funding to implement that decision.
