Tennessee is setting out to connect every corner of the state. The State Broadband Director, Taylre Beaty, is working to administer over $400 million of federal funding through the Tennessee Emergency Broadband – American Rescue Plan (TEBF-ARP), and is planning for what will come down the pike with additional federal funding from IIJA. Since the launch in 2018, Tennessee’s broadband program has administered over $120 Million in funding to serve over 140,000 Tennesseans.
