Billions for Broadband – Now What?
Hosted by Fiber Broadband Association President and CEO Gary Bolton
The Senate passed the Infrastructure, Investment and Jobs Act by a vote of 69-30. The $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill includes a $65 billion broadband title. While the bipartisan infrastructure legislation has been reported out of the Senate, there remains much work to be done in the House of Representatives before the bill would be sent to the President to be signed into law.
Join FBA for a discussion regarding this week’s developments, further information details on the legislation, including the broadband provisions. We will discuss the content, next steps and challenges in the legislative process, and answer questions from members.
