The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released the Future of Media report, a story of both media in transition and increasing gaps in coverage. It was an expansive survey that stretched to 465 pages. Now that the FCC has recognized challenges facing media as an industry and as a crucial element of our democracy, questions remain about the policies we need to implement to sustain public accountability journalism and a healthy media ecosystem.

On June 15, we are pleased to feature three experts who will offer their perspectives on these important issues. Combining vision from the FCC, the experiences of a prize winning journalist and editor, and the insights of a long time newscaster, the event continues where the Future of Media report leaves off. Join us for a discussion of the policies needed to build a robust media for the future.
