Defining BEAD Project Areas—Public Meeting
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) requires defining project areas for BEAD funding.
Glen Fishbine from Breaking Point Solutions will lead a discussion on project areas for deploying BEAD funding in Washington.
Following the meeting, Public Utility Districts (PUD), Internet Service Providers (ISP), ports, counties, municipalities, tribes and any associated consultants will be able to sign up for one-on-one discussions with Breaking Point Solutions to discuss project area definitions further.
The BEAD program is working to get all Americans online by funding partnerships between states or territories, communities, and stakeholders to build infrastructure where needed and increase high-speed internet adoption. The program provides $42.45 billion for infrastructure planning and implementation nationwide.
