The Digital Progress Institute submitted remarks to the Federal Communications Commission in response to the In Re: Delete, Delete, Delete request for comments. DPI's comments focused on the regulatory burden of needless filings and reports required by the FCC. "Archaic Commission rules require far too much paperwork from Commission regulatees, with total paperwork burdens requiring the private sector to hire, in effect, 22,461 full-time equivalents to complete. The Delete, Delete, Delete proceeding is a prime opportunity for the Commission to eliminate these rules and allow the private sector to focus on investing in American infrastructure and serving the public. We encourage the Commission to move forward swiftly to eliminate this needless paperwork."
