FCC CONTINUES EEO AUDITS

On June 7, 2006, the Federal Communications Commission mailed the second of its Equal Employment Opportunity audit letters for 2006 to randomly selected radio and television stations. The FCC is auditing the EEO programs of randomly selected broadcast licensees and multi-channel video programming distributors (MVPDs). Each year, approximately five percent of all stations and MVPDs are selected for random EEO audits.
