[Commentary] Although Public Knowledge is suggested that a merged Sirius XM reserve five percent of its resources for "non-commercial educational and informational programming over which it has no editorial control", Lasar says "let XM and Sirius die. Then turn all of satellite radio into a listener supported, non-profit service."
