Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist's quest for a quick vote to hike fines on broadcast television stations, radio outlets and entertainers that violate decency standards met fast resistance from both Republicans and Democrats on Wednesday. "There are multiple problems on both sides," Sen Frist spokeswoman Amy Call said, referring to the objections from Republicans and Democrats. "He wanted to start the process of moving the bill forward."
