Sens Johnny Isakson (R-GA), Saxby Chambliss (R-GA), Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Mary Landrieu (D-LA) have written FCC Chairman Kevin Martin expressing concerns about the agency’s possible approval of unlicensed devices like wireless laptops and PDAs that would share the “white spaces” or vacant areas between DTV channels.
