Deletion Of Items From March 15, 2019 Open Meeting

The following items have been adopted by the Federal Communications Commission and deleted from the list of items scheduled for consideration at the March 15 Open Meeting:

1. Review of the Commission’s Rules Governing the 896-901/935-940 MHz Band (WT Docket No. 17-200): The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that would propose to reconfigure the 900 MHz band to create a broadband segment to facilitate technologies and services for a wide variety of businesses, including critical infrastructure, as well as seek comment on various transition mechanisms to achieve this goal.
2. Streamlined Reauthorization Procedures for Assigned or Transferred Television Satellite Stations (MB Docket No. 18-63); Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative (MB Docket No. 17-105): The Commission will consider a Report and Order that streamlines the reauthorization process for television satellite stations when they are assigned or transferred.
