Indiana Connectivity Program Announces Broadband Funding Awards
The Indiana Connectivity Program announced the 17th round of awards on July 9, 2026. The 17th round of the program awarded $250,749 to expand broadband access to 63 addresses across 21 counties. Of these, 60 are homes and 3 are businesses. The Indiana Connectivity Program helps offset the cost of extending reliable broadband service to unserved and underserved locations throughout the state. Broadband providers awarded funding in this round must complete their projects within nine months of the contract date. More awards are expected. At least once every three months, the IBO publishes the addresses requesting service under the program to registered providers, giving them a recurring opportunity to apply for funding to reach those locations.
