The conference has been held for the past 25 years and has moved around the State of Oregon, from La Grande, to Bend, to Newport, to Hood River and now to Ashland. Attendees include educators, government representatives, internet service providers, municipalities, healthcare representatives, tribal nations, equipment vendors, etc.
An introduction to several key tools and dashboards that make ACP data more digestible and actionable. Attendees will also be able to hear directly form the creators of these tools about what needs informed the creation of these tools and what assumptions went into them.
Attendees will have a better understanding of ACP data and how it can inform their work. They will also gain deeper knowledge of the different methods & intentions that differentiate the various ACP tools.

At this meeting, DAC members are expected to discuss or receive updates on:
- a working group report and recommendation on the transmittal of audio description files to Internet Protocol programming;
- a working group report and recommendation on Direct Video Calling best practices and outreach; and
- any other topics relevant to the DAC’s work.
