A snapshot from the global debate on digitally enabled employment

[Commentary] Does the Internet create or destroy jobs? It does both. But, more important, the Internet provides low-cost means to education and lowers the entrance barrier for entrepreneurs.

Moreover, there is a lack of digitally skilled labor in many parts of the world, meaning that jobs are going unfilled, a great opportunity both for education and for people willing to move. The good news for those who need education is that it has never been so cheap to learn.
