Wireless industry adds to FCC To-Do list

CTIA, the lobbying arm of the wireless industry, responded to a Federal Communications Commission effort to help consumers by suggesting three additional items the agency should address: lowering taxes on wireless service, preventing states from raiding funds that are meant for emergency 911 services, and preventing "spam" calls and messages for wireless customers.
