Government Making Progress on Federal Stimulus Provisions

[Commentary] The federal government continues to move ahead with implementing various provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This update summarizes certain significant developments -- in health information technology, privacy and security, broadband, and comparative effectiveness research -- since early March.
