Five-term Rep John Culberson (R-TX) is an unabashed geek who is quick to boast about how large his computer screen is or how excited he is for Verizon to get the iPhone. His eyes sparkle when he talks about doing online video town halls with his constituents, in which he'll cascade on his screen not just the town hall control board, but his Twitter feed, Facebook page and Ustream video feed as well.
