FCC Provides List of Publically Available Information it May Consider in USF/ICC Reform

The Federal Communications Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau filed a letter with the FCC Secretary on October 7, 2011 to provide a list of publically available information the FCC may consider as part of the USF and ICC Reform proceeding. Also included is a description of the basic statistical methods used for developing the updated corporate operations expense limitation formula that was presented in the WCB’s August 3, 2011 further inquiry.
