FCC: We Have Time Warner Cable Info

A Time Warner Cable spokesman says the company has given the Federal Communications Commission the information FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler asked for about its carriage impasse with various pay-TV providers, and the FCC agrees.

An FCC source speaking on background Aug. 20 said the commission had received some of the requested information from TWC, but added that it was expecting to receive additional information from the cable operator. But TWC signaled the FCC should now have all it needs. On Aug. 21, an FCC spokesperson confirmed that the FCC had "received all info and [we] are reviewing."
