Sen Al Franken: Sen Cruz doesn't understand network neutrality

Sen Ted Cruz (R-TX), who argued network neutrality is like "Obamacare for the Internet" doesn't understand the issue, according to Sen. Al Franken (D-MN). "ObamaCare was a government program that fixed something, that changed things," Sen Franken said. "This is about reclassifying something so it stays the same.
