[Commentary] Using “Internet access – and thus net neutrality – is a human right” rhetoric has led to some counterproductive policy recommendations. This is true for zero rating, a business practice that would help more people get online, but that net neutrality activists define as non-neutral access, and therefore an abnegation of human rights.
