FCC Commissioner Clyburn Announces Staff Changes

Commissioner Mignon Clyburn of the Federal Communications Commission announced the appointment of J. David Grossman as Chief of Staff and Media Policy Advisor and Daudeline Meme as Legal Advisor for wireless, international and public safety issues effective March 14, 2016. Grossman most recently served as Legislative Director and Senior Advisor for Technology Policy to House Communications Subcommittee Ranking Member Anna G. Eshoo (D-CA). Meme previously served as Chief of Staff of the Enforcement Bureau, where she was responsible for providing legal, policy and administrative oversight to the largest bureau at the Commission. Meme worked with the Chairman’s Office on implementation of FCC Process Reform and as a manager in EB’s Spectrum Enforcement Division, prior to becoming its chief of staff. She was a Communications Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP before joining the Commission, where she worked on a range of matters relating to regulatory compliance, transactions and advocacy before the FCC.
