Chairman Wheeler Letter to Sens Re: Billing Practices of Internet and Pay-TV service providers

On Feb 3, several Senators wrote to Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler about the lack of competition in the broadband Internet and cable television services market as well as unfair billing practices. On May 3, FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler responded by noting the different FCC practices and procedures that protect consumers from unauthorized and erroneous charges on their Internet, phone, and cable or satellite bills.
