Cogent Communications has completed the previously announced acquisition of T-Mobile’s Wireline Business.

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) awarded $139,929.92 in funding from the Universal Service Fund Lifeline Outreach Grant Program to two recipients.
