The will meet in a special telephonic public session Thursday, June 1, 2006, at 3:30 pm. Items on the agenda include discussion and voting on proposed amendments to Section 2.10 of the CPB By-Laws specifying the process for assigning additional duties to the Board of Directors and officers and methods for conducting board action; agreements related to Ready to Learn; and other business related to officer service on outside nonprofit boards.
The public may attend and observe this meeting in the Blair-Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
