An average 98.3 per cent of all Norwegians now have access to broadband, and it is expected that the coverage will reach 99 per cent by the end of the year.

Almost all the households in Korea are now hooked up to high-speed Internet, the Information Ministry said. The ministry said that nine out of 10 households in Korea are subscribing to broadband. The percentage of households subscribing to broadband is 100 percent in both Gyeonggi Province and in Seoul. Gyeonggi Province reached the 100 percent mark in February, up from January's 98 percent.
