Conexon Connect, the internet service provider formed by rural fiber broadband leader Conexon, continues to extend access to high-speed internet across rural America. The company recently completed its tenth broadband project in four years, the Connect, powered by Sac Osage Electric Cooperative, fiber-to-the-home network. Launched in partnership with Missouri’s Sac Osage Electric Cooperative, this accomplishment was completed less than 150 miles from Conexon’s Kansas City headquarters, marking the second FTTH network project completed in Missouri. The network, finished in less than three years, continues the rapid expansion of the ISP’s nationwide infrastructure that has marked its success since launching in 2021. The buildout was partially funded through the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund program.
