Vermont's broadband plan places priority on serving slow speed areas
December 10, 2014

The plan addresses developments in traditional telecom and cable services, while making recommendations on network neutrality. In addition, the plan takes a deeper look at the capital cost requirements to bring fiber to every E-911 location in the state.
